Hello! Today I’m sharing with you the Stampin’ Up! Perpetual Birthday Calendar Simply Created Project Kit. Wow that’s a long name! But it is something that is so useful AND pretty!
Here is a picture of my February page. The kit comes with everything you need (and more) to make a calendar page for each month of the year. The kit includes 12 printed calendar sheets, chipboard sheet, a giftable kraft box, die cut banners, accents, and alphabet stickers, standard and thick baker’s twine, ribbon, sequin trim, glitter, sequins, a folder clip and a sponge. It doesn’t include ink but a couple of colors would do the job. The Perpetual Birthday Calendar Stamp Set is sold separately. The picture here shows several of the months pages. The way the calendar works, if you don’t know (like I didn’t) is you write all your loved ones and friends birthdays on the correct day of each month. Then as the year goes by and you flip the pages of your calendar you are reminded of the upcoming birthdays. I used several different ink colors to complete my calendar but you could get away with less if you want. I used Blushing Bride, Hello Honey, Lost Lagoon, Melon Mambo, Real Red, Blackberry Bliss, Night of Navy and a few others. Everything else used on the calendar pages is from the kit and not my stash.
