Here is my latest creation…..
The stamp set I used is “Sprinkles of Life” from the Annual Catalog. It is actually a very special stamp set this year. It is our charity set. Stampin’ Up! has a special relationship with the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) where we have one special stamp set each year that when purchased a $3.00 donation is made on behalf of the purchaser to them. This stamp set costs no more than any other set that has 22 stamps, in photopolymer it is only $21.00. I believe most demonstrators purchase it and we encourage our customers to also, that way we are able to bless families of children who have terminal illnesses or long term illnesses.
The card that I made today is a birthday card for my youngest child. This child used to eat ice cream for breakfast (without my prior knowledge or consent). Now JD is 22 years old and can choose whatever for breakfast. LOL
Here is a close up of the ice cream and the cone. The background stamp is from Gorgeous Grunge. I stamped it in Crumb Cake, Watermelon Wonder, and Chocolate Chip (that I stamped off once before using it on the card which lightens the ink). Doesn’t this look like a yummy neopolitan ice cream cone? Lucky for me I have some real neopolitan ice cream in my freezer right now. The cone was stamped on Delightful Dijon cardstock with Chocolate Chip, the ice cream on Very Vanilla with Crumb Cake, Pink Pirouette cardstock with Watermelon Wonder, and the chocolate one (my favorite) Chocolate Chip cardstock with Chocolate Chip.
Here is another look at the whole card. I hope you like it and go to my website and purchase the stamp set to support the RMHC. I didn’t mention the matching punch but it is very handy, so be sure to get that too. Now go and create something yummy yourself!
