PPA 269 A Sketch Challenge

Today I’m participating in The Pals Paper Arts Challenge # 269.  Here’s the sketch…

And here is my interpretation…

PPA 269
PPA 269

I used the Butterfly Basics stamp set and the Papillon Potpourri set.  The card base is Wild Wasabi and the background is Rose Red and the half circle is Pink Pirouette.  I stamped the flower bunch from Butterfly Basics on Pink Pirouette in Chocolate Chip and then used my Aqua Painter and Rose Red ink and Garden Green to fill in the images.  The butterflies were stamped on Pink Pirouette with Rose Red, Watermelon Wonder and Blackberry Bliss.

The Thankful banner is from Acorny Thank You set.  I stamped it on Wild Wasabi with Mossy Meadow.  The other two stamps are from the Butterfly Basics set also and I stamped them in Chocolate Chip.

If you’d like to CASE (Copy And Share Everything) this card you can purchase all the supplies needed from my website HERE.

If you’d like to get a discount on all of these supplies and more you can join my team HERE, we’d love to have you aboard!

Now, go and create something sweet for somebody!

  1. Wow! What a great job fussy-cutting the flower! And, your coloring work is stellar. I love your interpretation of this week’s PPA sketch. Thanks for playing along with us!

  2. This is really cool, Cathy. It’s primarily monochromatic, but the pop of green is perfect! Your interpretation of the sketch is right on! Thanks for playing with Pals Paper Arts!
